Company Complaints Policy

At Paul S. Winson Coaches, customer service is a priority and complaints regarding our delivery standards are taken seriously.

In the event of a complaint about the company's services, the client should submit their complaint in writing either by post or by email (Details Below).

The company will acknowledge complaints no later than the end of the next working day after being made and provide a full reply within 14 days (except where it is not possible to reply that quickly due to the actions of 3rd parties).
