For the purpose of this privacy policy the word "company" refers to Paul S. Winson Coaches Limited.

The words "user(s)" & "customer(s)" refer to all potential or existing customers viewing or making a booking using the information shown on this site.

The word Subcriber(s) refers to a user that has supplied their email or postal address to us for the purpose of receiving periodic newsletters, special offers & mailouts.

The company gathers two types of information about users:

• Information that users provide through optional or voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to receive our electronic newsletters, special offers & mailouts along with any participation in polls and surveys that we may run. Any information collected from such polls or surveys allows us to better tailor our products to our purchaser's needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our users.
• Any Address information the company receives through any payment process may be needed in the course of fulfilling any paperwork relating to a booking. This information is also used for any email or written notification of such relating to that particular booking, either prior to or following completion of such a booking. Under no circumstances does the company divulge any information about an individual user to a third party except for the purposes of completing the booking to a successful conclusion.

We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Electronic newsletter & Special offer notification policy
   The company offers a free electronic newsletter to all users. The company gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe through its website newsletter system.
2. Polls & Surveys
   The company may occasionally conduct user polls or surveys to better target our product content to our audience. The company may sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our suppliers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.
3. Brochures & Mailouts
   From time to time the company sends out brochures or special offer mailouts to people who have voluntarily supplied their name and physical address to our mailing list either in writing, by telephone or through our brochure request or contact us pages on our website. On certain occasions the company will instruct a carefully selected third party to prepare such mailouts for us and as such the third party will be supplied with all the necessary details it needs to complete such mailouts.

The company uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience within our website, whether to provide interactive or personalised elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.

As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters & special offers and to enable users to participate in polls & surveys. We send out newsletters to subscribers and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we can offer.

The company never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.

From time to time the company obtains reports from chosen 3rd parties on user demographics and traffic patterns. This allows us to advertise more effectively, and allows our users to view products that are pertinent to their needs.

We most certainly do not & would not sell or pass on any personal name, address, email or telephone details to anyone other than our couriers or Royal Mail or carefully selected 3rd parties to enable them to carry out delivery or fulfillment of any booking or mailout. The only other exception is to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

The Company does not keep or share with anyone any card details given to complete a transaction, including but not limited to credit/debit card details given over the telephone or through any such online terminal. All card details given to us are destroyed upon clearance through the system. Should clearance not be granted by the card issuer and the user wishes to proceed via another payment method then all previous details given will be destroyed.

We give users options wherever necessary and practical:

Unlike many other companies you have to choose to "opt in" for our newsletter and mailings.

You can un-subscribe to our email mailing list by sending an email to info@winsoncoaches.co.uk stating your email address and using the words "unsubscribe me" in the subject box.
