Trip Description

Brodsworth Hall was built in the 1860s for the Thellusson family. When their fortune diminished, the house gradually fell into decline. In 1990 the house was given to English Heritage after falling into disrepair. It has been restored to it's former glory and gives you a superb chance to catch a glimpse of Victorian life at a country house.

A Victorian Garden in miniature, filled with colourful plants and flowers. Stroll through the Statue Walk and enjoy views of a variety of formal gardens.

A notably Garden Highlight is the Laburnum Arch (weather permitting). On site Tearoom and Shop.
