Yorkshire features some of the most dramatic scenery, architecture and iconic market towns in the UK. The lavish landscape for both areas is an inspiration for writers and artists alike and both are regularly featured as a backdrop for films and TV.
The impressive 4* Mercure Dunkenhaigh Hotel & Spa, Clayton Le Moors, set in 17 acres of parkland, in the glorious Lancashire countryside, was originally a 700 year old country manor house. It retains many if its original features including a grand gothic staircase in the entrance hall, turrets and porticos. All 175 rooms have TV, Free WiFi, hairdryer and Tea/Coffee making facilities. The spa offers a full range of treatments (chargeable) with a heated indoor pool and modern fitness centre. A definite place to visit for that all important relaxing break away!
Where possible comforts breaks are made at a destination/location and not service stations.A detailed itinerary with pick up times, further information and luggage labels sent out 3/4 weeks before travel.On the return journey the first drop off will be around 5.15pm
