Trip Description

Morning stop at Bourton-on-the-Water followed by a visit to Colesbourne Park to wander through the drifts of Snowdrops, Aconites, Crocuses and Hellebores. Visit the tearoom in the Courtyard Building where plants are also available to purchase. Price includes admission.

Bourton on the Water probably the most popular village in the Cotswolds, often referred to as the "Venice of the Cotswolds" because the River Windrush runs right through the centre.

Colesbourne Park, a 10 acre garden with woodland, lakeside paths, Spring Garden and formal garden showcasing over 300 varities of Snowdrops and winter plants. The surrounding park, arboretum and nearby church should all be open for visitors. 

PLEASE NOTE: This  is a private garden with a variable terrain. Wheelchairs will not be able to access all areas of the garden.
