Made famous by Beatrix Havergal who established her School of Horticulture for Ladies here from 1932 to 1971, Waterperry Gardens is now home to 8 acres of landscaped ornamental gardens & orchards at the side of the River Thame. Some of the gardens featured include Rock, Formal, Apline and Mary Rose Garden. Points of interest: Saxifrage Collection, Island Beds, Yew Henge, various types of Borders and Waterlily Canal.
Facilities on site: Formal Gardens, Garden Shop, Gift Barn, Art Gallery, Rural Life Museum, Saxon Church, Tearoom.
